Great productI am in my mid-40s and have never colored my hair, I don’t go to get my hair cut or anything. I started getting some grey around my temples and decided I needed to color that only, I love my natural hair color. I was hesitant, did a lot of online research, and decided to try esalon. I just touched up the greys, perfect color, but I was still doubtful it would last. It’s been a few days and it still looks great. Blends in perfectly. Love the conceptLove the concept! Instructions are great as is packaging. First order was great. Second order somehow came twice within a couple of weeks (second box is still unopened). Great colorI love my new color. Took three tries, but this is great. Lighter, but still showing some red and golden. Last time it was too red and too dark of a brownish. I started out LOVING this!!Yesterday I colored my hair with my Medium Brown Pearl Mahogany and I was absolutely pleased that even though it was brown (I was hoping for a more pronounced red. Glad I didn’t get it) it was multi tonal. I really loved that. Then today it sort of felt sticky and I felt I needed to wash it. Twice. I used cold water and color safe shampoo and through all that I still lost color and it seemed to be the purple and red that was in my color to begin with. It wasn’t all of it but I can already notice it’s lessened. Really disappointed as I know the potential for this color. I want to love it.
