Easy way to maintain my graysI went with a color that if I messed up, it would still be ok. There was no worry as the color prepared for me almost gives me highlights as it change my gray hairs. It burned my scalp.I have really short, fine hair and the process was too strong for me. The colorist suggested a semi permanent process that isn’t as strong. I also requested a color change. NOT JUST ANOTHER "BOX DYE"I spent years dying my own hair with box kits at home, then years getting it done professionally at a salon, and back again. When it's a more complicated process (e.g. ombre), I don't mind paying for someone else to do it right, but when I want my hair a single, solid color (black in recent months), it just feels like a waste of money to go to a salon for it. That being said, it's always been almost impossible to find a shade of black in store box brands that looks natural (not jet black w/blue undertones), but also doesn't just look like dark brown or a soft black that quickly fades to brown. I decided to try eSalon to see if they could finally nail finding the right shade for me, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It turned out perfect, and stayed a natural looking black past that point where it was time to re-dye. Really no star black hair who ????mixed this BradleyI would never let him mix again. Maybe someone changed my request because I do not know how someone could make such a mistake. Then the woman who answered my first complaint was rude know it all, what I did to be able to go out in pubic did help a little. It did not do what she said. I thought my hair was ruined.!!
