Love the conceptLove the concept! Instructions are great as is packaging. First order was great. Second order somehow came twice within a couple of weeks (second box is still unopened). Great colorI love my new color. Took three tries, but this is great. Lighter, but still showing some red and golden. Last time it was too red and too dark of a brownish. I started out LOVING this!!Yesterday I colored my hair with my Medium Brown Pearl Mahogany and I was absolutely pleased that even though it was brown (I was hoping for a more pronounced red. Glad I didn’t get it) it was multi tonal. I really loved that. Then today it sort of felt sticky and I felt I needed to wash it. Twice. I used cold water and color safe shampoo and through all that I still lost color and it seemed to be the purple and red that was in my color to begin with. It wasn’t all of it but I can already notice it’s lessened. Really disappointed as I know the potential for this color. I want to love it. Cancel this ASAPYour product smelled amazing. Hair was shiny. BUT the darkest brown turns my roots orange. I gave this product a chance and I am done. 2 more boxes arrived and I still can't get this cancelled. And yes I want my money back. Would be over $100 now. too redI just want a basic rich brown. Everything that you have sent me is pulling too much brassy red. You even sent a second color and it was more red than the first (although darker).
