Looking great!I love my color and so does everyone who has seen it. The process was easy buta little messy. The result being uniform color that has highlights and really is shiny. Great colour, easy to useI got a demi perm colour to match closely with my natural shade but with a copper boost. I really like the shade, it seemed a little light at first but that was due to having overloaded colour on the ends of my hair. It didn't cover my grey sufficiently on the first colour but after having it reworked by the colourist with a stronger developer its covering nicely with the second. I really like having the instructions and all the necessary bits and pieces to make the colour more easy to use. Just having it to refer to while doing the colour is comforting. Not impressedThe smell was awful, there wasn’t enough color for my long hair, my hair felt terrible after using the shampoo and conditioner, and the color faded pretty quickly to show my previous highlights. Not for me. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Very upset customer!!I don't understand why you would ask for any remarks after you place an order because it seems like you ignore them any way. I asked if you could please send me the same thing I purchased in the past and if possible please just add a little more gold highlights and you put more copper in it. I'm very upset because it seems like you didn't even care to pay attention to anything I asked of you. Now I'm stuck with this color that I don't like at all. Too RedThis was eSalons 4th attempt to eliminate the red tint added by coloring. My hair was previously natural; never colored. The eSalon process is a complete guessing trial and error process. All color sets have made my once golden brown hair, look red. Their 5th attempt is in process now.
