will never use againThis is by far the worst hair coloring product I have used. It is extremely runny and created a huge mess. I have never had this problem with any other hair coloring product. WORST customer service I have experienced in a LONG time!I have been a loyal customer of eSalon for 5-6 years. I recently thought I was adding shampoo and conditioner and root touch up to my color order at a reduced price. I was informed I could not get the reduced price bc my color had already shipped. It had not. In fact, I received the shampoo and conditioner and root touch up 1 week before my color. I spoke with customer service at different steps during this past 2 weeks. I was told I could return the shampoo and conditioner and root touch up but that was it. When I expressed how disappointing this whole experience had been and how I have been such a fan for over 5 years but that I will now be considering looking at other companies to get my hair color I was told that customer service would be happy to cancel my account for me! So that is what being a loyal fan of eSalon will get you! They lost a lifetime customer over 18.00!!! I was on repeat auto ship color every 5 weeks and recently began adding products to my orders and I was lied to about why I could not receive shampoo and conditioner at a reduced price and then when I expressed how this was handled poorly bc I received them a week before the color I was basically instructed on how to cancel my subscription. Need the lightening kit. It's one dimmensional.As a first time dying, it turned out far better than I expected. It has all over color, it has shine. Although I think the color I ordered is the actual color of my hair, when I look at it, it seems a shade darker than my normal color. I think that is because I normally have natural highlights in my hair and it is not just one color. So right now when I look at it, my hair looks dyed not natural.
