Didn't cover my grey for longTwo weeks and the grey was showing. Also made my scalp itchy. I have cancelled my order, but still you have processed it and it's on it's way. I will now have to find a blonde and gift them the kit as I have had to return to my hairdresser for her to sort my hair out, plus the pharmacy to sort out my itchy scalp. LOVE the convenienceJust wanted to tell you again how much I love my hair color. I love the convenience that mail delivery makes. I don't have to go to the store to discover they don't have my color that day. I like the ability to change the frequency of my orders. They Nailed It!!!I was so excited to get my first box and tried it 3 hours after I received it in the mail. And I love it, they nailed the color perfectly!!! Great job!! I'm a strawberry blonde and it's very hard to find my match and they got it right the first time. The color they blended for me was medium/Blonde/copper red.
