Didn’t turn out as expected.Color was much darker than expected. Strand test was ideal. But my hair was balayage and my hair is just a darker form of it now instead of one solid color. Perfect MatchI was nervous to try a new brand. I had to wait until I didn't have any pending engagements in case the color was off. The color was a perfect match. Will be happy to receive my color delivered to my door as I have been having a harder and harder time finding the color I needed in the store. AWESOME!!I've had my hair salon colored several times in the past. Nothing would cover my silver haired halo & keep it covered for longer than 3 weeks. When I came across eSalon, I was impressed with all I had read. I placed my order right away. There was a slight issue, but once I spoke with Customer Service everything was adjusted and fabulous!
