I love this product!My color results with eSalon have been wonderful. It covers my grays and the color lasts much longer than store products. My hair stays shiny never feels dried out. My only complaint is the waxy residue that seems to be left in my hair right after coloring. It looks like my hair is oily until I wash it the next time. I am thinking this is from the conditioner. Great product, easy to manage changes online. Spot on colour.Cannot fault this service. Consistent and responsive. Color is perfect, formula is “waxy”I’ve been using this for a few months now. I was so happy with the color - it matches my hair perfectly - but I have noticed a waxy type feeing as others have explained. I feel like my latest formula was the worst yet. I almost panicked thinking I did something wrong. I had to really really scrub with shampoo to get it clean. I washed it 3x. Hated itI hate the color it turned my hair a very very bright orange. I had to wear a wig for two weeks until i could go to my hair stylist to put a rinse on my hair to tone it down.
