Perfect!Wow! I am so impressed with the personalized service from my colorist Jennifer B. I want to thank her for her patience and expertise in finding the perfect color for me! I explained my issue and you figured a way to solve it. The color came out perfectly and my hair looks and feels better than it ever did at the salon! I am so busy and being able to do it at home now with great results is a game-changer for me! I used the light set am loving the highlights. I really can't believe how easy it was! I may want to go a little blonder next time and am looking forward to hearing your thoughts about it! Love the color’s depth.I love the color’s depth. It seems to penetrate deep into the hair stands; I like the way it covered my grays well; I love the packaging; how it comes with much more than enough so you don’t find yourself trying to stretch it. Color ChoiceI love the product but I need a much darker color. My color was adjusted to a golden brown however my gray roots look almost green not matching my base color. I do love the shampoo and conditioner that's provided. I just need a much darker color for my roots as now I am still two toned. still trying to find the right shadeThis is one of the best hair coloring products I have tried. The service is great. Even though I haven't found exactly the correct shade, I keep tweaking it with customer service to get it there. What makes it difficult is, I teach deep water aerobics so I am in the pool 4 times a week. I have a short, layered haircut and applying the solution is not as easy as seen in all your videos using gals with long hair. Think your product is good but. . .I liked this product from the start. My hair was soft and silky after I colored it. It didn't work for me or there was not a clear communication about how I wanted it colored. It covered the gray, but The roots were always black and the lengths were a nice maroon red. I kept asking for it all to turn out the reddish color, but it never did. I tried to color my hair four times with the product, calling and talking to a consultant each time to see if we could adjust the root color. Now I have my daughter's wedding and I really want to have my hair all the same color. I will need to go to a salon (which I didn't want to do). Decent color, fades quicklyI'm happy with the color right when I dye it, but it fades quickly. I know reds are hard to maintain, but I've done red in the past with many different brands (both grocery store box dyes and higher quality salon dyes), and haven't had as much fading as I have with esalon. Great colourI really liked the colour, almost exactly what I wanted. However it did fade much faster than usual despite using the esalon colour care shampoo and conditioner.
