Quick to respondMy first mixture had just a little bit too much red for my liking. so I sent them a note just within days of them shipping me my new products and they made a correction that quick. I love the color, but...My hair did not come out the color I expected. It's much darker. However!! I actually like the color it came out. I'm definitely keeping it for a bit. Can you do this alone? Yes. You can definitely color on your own. Does help make it even easier? Yes. Will I be keeping my custom color? Still haven’t gotten what I want for color...My hair tends to get brassy easily.
