Reached out about color mess up and never heard backMy first ever order and I love the packaging and fast shipping, however, I ordered a brown with copper tones and the color took beautifully at my roots but left the ends discolored and with a purplish tint. My hair looks multiple colors and I can't even wear it down. I emailed the woman who mixed my color with attached photos of the complete color difference between the ends and roots. My hairdresser was impressed!I just had a haircut a few days ago, two weeks after coloring my hair with esalon for the first time. The color is a great match, and my hair feels great. Fantastic hair color at a reasonable priceI have been using eSalon for a while. I have several stylists I used depending on availability. Each stylist I have seen has commented on loving the color of my hair. The packaging and instructions are stellar. The color is long lasting and my hair seems healthy and shiny following application. Bigger size?LOVE my color, have for as long as I've been a client. My hair is getting really long and I'm concerned the amount of color in the standard-sized bottle may soon not be enough, but I don't have so much hair that I need to double my order. Beautiful! I'm impressedThis is my first order and I'm impressed. The Grey's are covered! The color is beautiful. It was easy to do and the shampoo and conditioner were great.
