Good tesultThis is the third time I used eSalon products. I had noticed last time that although I carefully followed the application instructions the grey was not completely covered. This time I requested a slight darkening of the shade. This seemed to work and I am happy with the results. The reason for the 4 star review is that is is very hard for me to really get to all the grey roots , especially in the back. Farbe war andersIch färbte letztes Wochenende meine Haare das erste Mal mit der bestellten Farbe von Esalon. Ich ließ die Farbe genau eine halbe Stunde einwirken wie vorgegeben. Leider war das Ergebnis viel dunkler als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Was mich auch noch störte, war der beißende Geruch der Haarfarbe. Cannot get color rightI’ve used this product twice, at the recommendation of the esalon colorists, very disappointed as my roots ( dirty blonde hair) have come out an orangish brassy color. Fantastic!!I truly love the custom color set. It's right on point and exactly what I wanted. I feel young again and love the products and shampoos as well. Warm hues--just what I wantedI so appreciate the process of doing my own hair, considering a cut & color (medium priced salons) in my town runs about $225-275!
