Color is amazing!So easy to pull off, I panicked because as it processed it appeared to be getting super dark (it wasn't), I love the color it's not brassy at all and no hot roots this time around!!! Much too DarkThe first 2 months my color was much too dark brown and does not look good with my light complexion and green eyes. I'm almost afraid to try again. too darkby looking at the picture guideline, DARK BROWN (PEARL COPPER) - 4.24, the model shows a bit of copper color. I looked at the description and noticed that it had a dark brown base but thought that with the addition of the copper color it wouldn't be soo dark, it doesn't show soo dark on the model... The color itself that I got is a nice color, just a few shades darker than I expected - to me it is almost between a dark brown and almost black. Not quite my colorI finally used my color kit. It has good instructions, & I think the product is good. I wanted to cover my gray hair mostly, but didn't want to darken my natural color. I am somewhat disappointed that my med blonde turned out too dark -- almost brown. I don't want this color again. I guess I'm not med. blonde, but lighter. Still WAY too dark..This is my 2nd time using eSalon and both times I have hated my color. It didn't come out AT ALL the way I was expecting it to. I didn't want to write a semi-negative review from just 1 use..so I decided to wait for my "adjusted" color after consulting with my colorist through my account. Didn't help at all. Very disappointed. I wanted SO badly to like this. The only EXTREMELY POSITIVE thing I have to mention (which is why I gave it as many stars as I did) is how well it covers my grays.. If I could ever get the color I really wanted, I'd have zero issue using eSalon. An additional comment, which really has nothing to do with eSalon but just home color in general... It is much harder to do the color yourself than some will lead you to believe, especially if you have very long hair like mine.
