Waste of MoneyThe price of shipping is outrageous! It says 3 days shipping but mine has always been late and my last shipment was over 2 weeks late! Trying to get into contact with customer service is nearly impossible, I couldn't find a contact email on the website I had to google it and so far it's been 4 days with no response. You don't get much colour either, the bottle will only do my roots each time. Poor customer service, impossible to cancelI did not use the initial colour I was sent, deciding instead to go to a salon to get my hair coloured. This company auto shipped a second order despite never asking for this. I tried calling to cancel but the line provided was not in use. I tried emailing but have not received a response so I've been charged and received shipment of a second order which I have no intention of using. This is very frustrating. I'm annoyed to be out of pocket but also annoyed at the waste of having to throw this out unused.
