Horrible colorI am finally getting a small refund!!! Seriously, I had to g around for days with that horrible color! Kept getting emails type above the line what a joke!! I even sent a.picture of how ridiculous my hair looked!! My hair looks and feels amazing!This is my first time using esalon and I’m so impressed! I’ve used color from the local beauty supply store and had mediocre results. But the color I got from esalon is gorgeous and my hair feels amazing. It really does produce salon quality results. I do have to say that this color turned out darker than I expected but I still love it and I was coloring over red. The red is pretty much gone so I’m very happy. Exact match and SO soft!Used the color for the first time today and I’m over the moon! My hair feels thicker and is softer than before I dyed it. Not SatisfiedThe kit arrived and it was amazing. The color seemed perfect and the instructions very clear. I followed the instructions and had no problem. Hair colorGood on hair color and ease. Highlighter? Nightmare!! They make it look soooo easy. Just about ruined my shower stall at home after rinsing high lighter. Still scrubbing. Shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling heavy. Just never got around to posting a review. I watched video on high lights, et all and know for a fact that person was experienced and had help if needed. Well, we all do not have that luxury.
