Worst colour ever!Gets one star only for nice packaging and decent quality gloves. Other than that, the worst hair colour I have ever used! I asked for ginger - real carrot copper - I got browny, pinky purple. Avoid this product like the plague. Go to a professional or buy a well know brand that understand colour. Not the sameI’ve been using esalon color for 9 years, over the last couple years the color has changed. First it seemed that it would fade/washout very quickly and not color my white hairs, then I started to notice how red my hair seemed after the color had faded. As I have become less happy with the color I have been using it less and less. I now have 4 boxes to use. I hadn't been able to place it for a while but after coloring tonight I realized that my soft black color is actually more of a coppery brown? Great job on getting the colour I wantedThe colorist did a great job on contacting me to ensure the colour I got was the colour I was wanting. I know this costs more than store box colour but this is much better quality of product and you know what you are getting. You also have the access to specialists to assist through the entire process. I had used store box colour for years and I can't see me going back to it after using eSalon.
