personalized serviceI got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. Perfect match!I’m jut blown away by not only the quality of the products/packaging but more importantly the results. I did a root touch up of a grey skunk hairline. I had previous highlights and most recently a drugstore touch up. The drugstore kits always had me ending up way darker than I wanted or too light with a tinted but not quite gone covered skunk stripe. This absolutely had me feeling like I just left the salon. DisappointedThis was my second order, which was supposed to be reformulated for better grey coverage. I assumed it was the same color however, it was much darker after applied. Did almost the opposite of what I wantedMy hair was dyed a warmer toned brown about 3 months ago. My roots were growing in pretty badly (naturally a light ashy color). I ordered medium ash brown. Followed the directions EXACTLY..my roots turned GOLD and the rest of my hair is just a darker warm brown. Didn’t do much for the shine and softness of my hair, but I’m way more concerned about this awful color. Didn't Cover Gray(white) roots at allI followed your insructions to the letter and applied extra product around my face and in part line, but the roots have very little color and after the second wash its almost as if I didn't color roots. No information provided on maximum coloring time -- is 30 minutes the actual maximum? Could I have left it on 45 minutes?
