DisappointedMy hair is dark brown, but had a lot of grey in it. I wanted to get rid of the grey and change the color to Auburn. The stylist chose a Copper color. It wasn’t as bright, but definitely had red tones in it. Instead my hair ended up being dark brown like my original color. No change. Very disappointedI hadn't colored my hair in over a year and a half so I decided it was time to go back to red. When I received my order, it became very obvious that nobody had read my color goal notes. I received 2 bottles and was told to do my roots one color and ends another color which seemed a little scary since (like I said) I had no color in my hair so it wasn't as if I was coloring previously colored hair. When I emailed them I got the response of "just use the root color on all the new growth" with no other instructions. Ok...so use one bottle over my whole head for how long? Do I still put it on the roots, time it, then add it to the ends? Called eSalon and was told what to do but the color is completely lackluster. Barely even looks like I colored my hair.
