Customer since 2017 - 2 thumbs upI’m a natural red head but wanted a boost to my color and I’ve been extremely happy with Esalon. I gave them a picture of my current color and what I wanted and they matched it perfectly. I was very nervous as I’ve never colored my hair before but they put me at ease. Harsh on hair and made my hair brassyI've been using another at home brand and recently the quality had gone a bit downhill so I thought I'd try this. I've done 3 root colorings and I've found this product to be really harsh on my hair, it feels like straw now, and leaves my hair brassy after about 1 week. I specifically listed that I don't want that when choosing my color but it's just not a good product. Color is great but...It didn't cover my gray roots, I colored my hair yesterday with the product you sent me, but had to run to the store and get a color to cover my roots, it was too much for me.
