Missing productI can not open the color for roots and ends refresh and the developer has been tampered with. The seal was not on the developer all the way and the bottle was leaking. I uploaded a picture on my profile. Opening the color did not work at all. After failing with grip strength I had tried pliers and a bottle opener and the lid of the color has not budged. Salon quality at home!The Custom Colour Set contained everything I needed to colour my roots at home including 2 pairs of gloves, stuff to keep the stain off of my forehead AND stuff to get it off if I did! Colour perfectly matched my salon colour and covered my gray well. Very satisfied and impressed!!! Glad I tried it and will be a regular customer between salon visits.
