20 volume developer/ irritated my scalp!Today I used 10. Vol. developer with a new formula mixed just for me, it’s FANTASTIC COLOR RESULTS! They know what and how to mix your color. I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years, and they could update my skills in coloring and technique. Love the way my hair feels so soft/ healthy/ covered all the greys with 10 vol. H202. AMAZING GRACE! Great colourGreat colour, I was nervous but am a total convert from 6 weekly salon visits at nearly £100 per time. Only downside is that being on a plan does not attract free shipping. Dull and lifelessI wanted some of the brassiness to go down and what the result was is a very dull grayish brown looking color. I had actually noted that my first color was probably the best and to go back to that one. EXCELLENTEasy to apply even coverage, covers greys, long lasting. Many compliments, received on my hair colour. It looks natural and I am so very pleased I gave this product a go. I did have to tweak the colour, second time around as it was too warm a tone but this has been done and is now just right for me. Instructions are brilliant and the guidance and product gives you the ability to benefit from a more professional finish. Nice colorThe reason I gave a rating of 3 is because the color only lasts 3 to 4 weeks. I was hoping for at least six weeks. Doesn't cover gray 100 percent. Positives are good customer service and everything needed is in the box. It is pricey because you have to add shipping cost.
