Very easy to use!!I am on my 8th or 9th time doing this at home. My hairstylist of 25 years decided to retire so I was left with figuring out what to do. The first time took some getting used to but now I feel like a pro. Except I do have issues getting all the roots in the back of my head covered! Farbe primaDie Farbe war genau so wie per Wunsch angegeben. Hält auch lange. Jedoch ist die Mischung sehr flüssig.. Es ist viel Farbe vom Kopf getroppft.. Alles superDie Produkte lassen sich einfach dank detaillierter Anwendungsbeschreibung benutzen. Der Geruch während der Anwendung ist in Ordnung, nach dem ausspülen der Farbe ist der typische Farbgeruch verschwunden. Mit meiner ersten Farbe war ich optisch nicht ganz zufrieden...eine kurze Nachricht mit meinen Wünschen und die Farbe wurde direkt zur nächsten Lieferung angepasste. Keine schöne Farbe und keine Reaktionen auf AnfragenDas einzig positiv zu erwähnende ist, dass alles im Set schön zusammengestellt ist. Leider erfolgte keine Berücksichtigung von mitgeteilten Wünschen. Jegliche Reaktion lässt auf sich warten bzw. ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Die Coloration habe ich nach langem Überlegen aufgetragen. Meine Haare sind jetzt noch dunkler als vorher und war so nicht gewünscht. Auch die Farbe passt nicht zu mir und sieht unterschiedlich aus. Zum Glück trage ich meine Haare hochgesteckt.
