I have been extremely pleased with Esalon. My first order came with everything I needed and clear instructions. In the second order I decided to adjust the color slightly and they made the change, no problem. They are responsive, efficient and affordable. I will probably not go back to the salon for color.

Found my natural color

The eSalon color product is so much better than store boxed color Brands. Everything you need is sent to you including 2 sets of gloves! Even the shampoo and conditioner included are great products. I will continue to use eSalon going forward.

I was worried that this color would be too dark or pull red. It did not. The color was formulated perfectly from a single picture that I sent. I am very impressed.

I was really pleased with the way it was packaged ,it made it very simple for me. Only thing I want to change my color a little bit, which it is ok, I really love this concept that is more individualized.. I can't wait to get my next order
