Same colour as last oneHi team. After requesting a light brown and submitting new photos, I was disappointed to see that after dying my roots, it came out the same dark brown as my previous orders. Depending how it washes out, I may have to visit the salon again and pay lots of money to get the lighter root in again :( can you please review the picture sent and let me know if I can provide another one to get the light brown needles? DisasterI’m so angry right now, the root colour I received is wonderful a lovely copper tone although much darker than the advertised dark blonde copper I was being sent. Customized hair solution colorHeard about this company through a friend and thought I'd give it a try since everything is closed due to COVID. Not going to lie ,but it seemed complicated at first, but after a few calls to customer service and the instructions it was quite easy! Also ,when I first selected my hair color and what I wanted,I received an email that said my colorist felt my choice would appear too dark and sent me a shade lighter. Today, I saw my hair stylist who I haven't seen in about 5 months cut my hair and made a compliment on my natural hair highlight tones . Which,I did not share to him that I had just colored it myself a few days ago 😃. He must have forgotten he colored my hair last . Overall outcome was a great color and my hair didn't feel dried out at all. Well,so long for me getting my hair colored in a salon anymore.
