Didn't work for my hairEven though I followed the instructions perfectly, my hair ended up being the exact same colour it was before. My hair also has a frizzy and dry texture now. My instructions were not followed.My initial color was too brown, I canceled my account and was told I'd receive a free shipment if I wanted to try and explain to my "colorist" what it was I was looking for in contrast to what I received. I'm a redhead with just a touch of brown for a slight auburny copper look. I wanted the rich coppery light auburn. The first shipment was equal parts brown and mahogany with a touch of red. NOPE! I took you up on your free offer and requested a touch of brown, no mahogany, and more coppery red. This time it was mostly brown. Period. SUPERBEGràce à Esalon j'ai enfin la nuance de couleur que je désirais depuis si logntemps et que je ne trouvais pas. Blond chaud avec une légère nuance de roux, j'en suis ravie. Pour arriver à cette teinte il a fallu plusiers fois ajuster ma couleur. Esalon a toujours très bien répondu à toutes mes demandes.
