Good price but STRONG smellGood value for what you get and super convenient to have it sent to your door, but, the ammonia smell it has will take your breath away!! I like this productThree months without color is not a good thing. At 77, I have a lot of gray and it was showing. My beauty salon was closed and, in desperation, I decided to color my hair myself. Love the color but life has changed and I need to cancel autoshipTrying to cancel the autoship and not easy to do so beware if you sign up for autoship. You can put the deliver off for up to 12 weeks. I am also trying to find a way to contact customer service and I can't find that on the website either. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Loved it, until...I was impressed with the color when I first did the application, although I didn’t notice my hair was any softer or less frizzy than using a store bought color. But, I was happy and ready to continue. It is two weeks post color and my grays are horrid! I have never had a hard time covering grays before and I look like it’s been 8 weeks since I colored my hair. I am willing to give Esalon one more shot to see if maybe the first one was a fluke.
