Just what I was looking forI am a color-at-home newbie and was scared to take the plunge. With the pandemic and roots for days, I decided to give it a try. The color was what I was hoping for and I was pleased I was able to do it on my own with good instructions. Difficult red/blond done perfectlyMy strawberry blond is a difficult color and first try the red was a bit too deep. But after discussing adjusting the mix, Paul nailed it! Beautiful with golden highlights in one application Thank you. At first I was concerned about the addition of Ash and Beige tones, but those additions were an inspiration. Beutiful and richThank you, dear unknown colorist. I absolutely love the color—the mixture of chestnut with red accents was exactly what I wanted. Great coverage great feel!I have been a customer for years. Recently some positive changes have happened. Formerly after coloring my hair felt like I had smeared Vaseline on it. Color a little too darkColor was OK...Gray coverage good...Need my color to be a bit brighter This is e-mail I sent a few days ago: Sent: October 7, 2020 (10/7/2020) I saw the lovely color in my e-mail & I’m wondering if the “cinnamon pecan cake“ would look good on me.
