Nice color but not great grey coverageThe first time I used this color it did not cover my grey. When I cancelled, eSalon offered to change the color specifically for my grey and send me a free color. The second time was not different. Then I have not heard from them in about 4 months after I sent another email. I have cancelled my orders. Perfekt auf meinen Wünsche abgestimmtliebes eSalon-Team, liebe Colorist Julia, ich möchte mich gerne bedanken das meine Wünsche der Coloration so perfekt umgesetzt wurden. Ein wunderbarer satter Braunton, nicht zu aschig, nicht zu warm-rot. Die Instuktionen für die Anwendung klar, eindeutig und einfach. Mit der Umsetzung braucht es bei längeren Haaren etwas Gefühl, ..aber das klappt auch. Das ganze persönliche, ansprechende und wertige Päckchen ist schon eine Freude an sich. Aber auch der Inhalt von den Gloves, über den Pinsel, die Mischfläschchen, Abdeckcreme. Ich werde bei Gelegenheit auch weitere Produkte aus dem Sortiment ausprobieren. So easy to useThis process was so easy! The directions were easy to follow and the applying process was a breeze! Hardly any mess, unlike store bought colors.
