Updated color - lighterI was very happy with the updated color. It was perfect, My "white hairs" appear to have brain of their own. My long strands, specially my front baby hairs are very noticeable - after one week of having died my hair. So I requested to have it light. Just like going to a salonI have to color my hair every three weeks. I can only afford to color it professionally every three months. I was buying $ 3 boxes of supermarket dye that made my hair look like I doused it in black paint. I knew right away this product was the real deal because it smelled exactly like what my stylist uses. The color is so rich. And it's only $20 more than the cheap box dye I was using. Not much different from drugstore box dyePros: Delivered to my door quickly Plenty of product Easy to follow directions Cons: I HATE the color!! I did my best to select the proper color. I made sure to include in my email with the colorist that I didn’t want ANY red tones in my hair but unfortunately that’s exactly what happened. My hair looks terrible. I’m so disappointed with the color. This is the same result I get when buying $6.00 box dye. I was hopeful that by taking the quiz I would have better luck selecting a brown color with NO red tones.
