Happy with my color and the customer service I received.This is my third package from eSalon. I was not pleased with the adjustment made in my second color, and the colorists were great about fixing the issue. Great color/grays came through pretty quickly.I LOVE the color, it's a perfect subtle violet tone. Maybe a little less red in the base for the next one because my hair naturally pulls red and goes red while fading.
