Still Brassy, red and too darkI have ordered dark blonde 3 times, Each time I requested color adjustments. No Luck! The color has been too dark and too brassy. I have given up on trying to get this color right. I am looking forward to going back to my stylist to get the color I want. Best Hair Color!This is the best hair color I have ever had since needing to color my hair to cover greys. Even salon hair color for medium blond would wash out after about 3 weeks and I would be left with a bright white blond color that I was not comfortable with. The eSalon custom color gives full grey coverage that lasts until my next color (6-7 weeks) and the color does not lighten or get brassy over time. Great, long lasting color!I am very impressed with eSalon! I needed to cover my highlights and go back to dark brown. I was skeptical about how it would turn out but process was easy!
