Color Improvements a Dud!Hello Esalon Just wanted to give some feedback on my most recent color experience with you! As you know I've been coloring my hair with your kits for a couple years now. My husband puts the color on for me and commented this time that it was kinda gooey. He said it didn't mix well and I thought maybe the heat during the shipping made it that way? I live in AZ. It arrived on the 10JUL and I got my mail each day. Just FYI. I kinda didn't pay much attention until I got in the shower to fill the container with water and lather it up in my hair. I looked in container and it was all gray and stuck in the container. It didn't mix up well with the water but I applied it anyway. Finished the rinse after lathering up for 2 min. Afterwards I looked in container again. It was all stuck in container at bottom and on sides. Not the typical caramel in color but a gray matter color. My hair isn't green or anything but not sure I like your improvements. I did take pictures of the bottom of bottle and on outside and you can see it in my pictures. I have been a satisfied customer for awhile but not sure it will continue with this product enhancement you supposedly made. Thanks and Hope to hear back from your team. Easy to use and packaged thoughtfullyI have been ordering eSalon color during the pandemic. The color is perfect and it is easy to follow the instruction to apply. (Best done by a helper) My main complaint is the shipping is very slow and unpredictable even when the order is well in advance of the use date. The worst color everI hate this color. Everyone I know has said how wrong it is and how it's nothing like the color I usually get. I wanted a dark Auburn, I got something almost black. My family says I look awful, and the kindest thing anyone can say is at least it's during the pandemic and so I don't have to see anyone. It's so dark customer service says there's nothing I can do but wait, and maybe color my roots as it grows out. Instead of feeling better about myself I feel awful and self conscious. Hair is dry and brittleFirst, when I set up my profile I stated I have very thick hair. The two sample size shampoo is nowhere near enough to wash out the dye. In addition, my hair has been dry and brittle after 2 try’s with your product. Sorry it didn’t work. You need to put another step in with a glaze for conditioning colored hair or something.
