Recent color orderI applied the new color today to my roots. I am very disappointed that the coverage this time was very poor. I carefully followed the directions as I did the first time I used the line. That coverage was satisfactory enough. I wouldn’t think that by slightly adjusting the color it would result in poor coverage. I actually had a professionally trained stylist help me . Coverage and colorsThe first order I had ordered was great. I decided to go a little lighter not much. The color I received on my second order did not go well. The color was not lighter and it did not cover my grey hair which it did on my first order. Will not do that again. I will go somewhere else .
