Color Better NowI rated this 3 stars the first time I used the product. My hair was too dark - the colorist tweaked my color and the match is better. My hair doesn't seem to be any worse for the wear using this color so that is a big plus. I do wish it imparted some multi-dimensional tones - it gives me a pretty flat color but there is some shine. This is Not covering my grayNot covering my gray Hair. I follow all the instructions and use a color safe shampoo and conditioner. Even leaving this formula on for an extended time is not helping. I am terribly disappointedI said that pulled red. I wanted my hair as my picture light blonde. Somehow you folks thought dark blonde. When I colored it came out red. So I called and told the lady that info that they had done golden with a little bit of ash and that would be sufficient. She said not to worry they would use a neutralizer and that would take care of it. I got the color and used it today it showed a a lot of medium blonde and small amount of neutralizer. I am now darker red and very upset. I have posted picture from today here and feel there is no reason to continue with your product. The young lady had said my hair was medium blonde. I don't think my hair it, it is light blonde. It may not be platinum or toe head but it is definitely light blonde because around the front of my face has been toe head since I was a baby and now is turn gray. Please cancel my account. Very nice colourI ordered a dark brown hair to colour and it came with roots and ends products to correct my brassy hair and black roots. So it make an even colour throughout roots to ends I'm happy with the colour, the colourist was also quite good to listen, recommend and adjust the colour for me. I notice that the hair dye smell remains in my hair for a couple of washes (Is this normal?) but the hair dye itself washes out completely.The colour lasts quite good even on grey hair.
