I’m in love I’m a convertI am in love I am completely converted I have spent countless of hours and dollars at high end salons and leave with an opaque full color I came to the conclusion coloring wasn’t for me. I tried this as a last ditch attempt and boy am I glad I did! Color works wellMaybe a little too well, hair came out darker than anticipated, but my hair has always taken to color fairly easily and it's a nice deep winter color so it's good for now. It’s okayThe color turned out more red than I had expected, but that’s okay. I’m just glad to see a change in my hair color. The whole process did take a while but it was nice to have the instruction and the tools. I was a bit worry about my hair as I was washing out the dye, my hair felt very stiff and almost brittle like. However, when I was blow drying it, there was no damage to my hair and as it continued to air dry, it “soften” up. Way to dark!I went into this experience, trying to do something different. I wanted a at home color job that I wouldn't regret. I wish that was something that I could say I received but it's not. The color I asked for and discussed was a nice dark blonde with a golden hint to it. What I got was a very dark brown/auburn color. I have very fair skin and was just not prepared for how wrong this could have gone. I don't want to fix it by continuing to add more and more color to it and damaging my hair. I am so disappointed. UnsatisfiedIve had 3 hair consultations, trying to omit red/ orange brassy tone. Might be genetics because im still having the same issue, so I can't lay all the blame on esalon.
