Love this productBest hair color on the market. Fun to receive, in very cute personalized packaging, with instructions that are easy to follow to get great results. I talked, they listend!I didn't like the color I ordered in Nov. of 2020. I told them exactly what I didn't like about the color, and they adjusted my color. Great color but no shineSo at first they got my color wrong and only sent only one bottle for really long hair. Then they sent me more over a week later and the color was different. Too darkI am transitioning from auburn to blonde....wanted a very multi dimensional blonde meaning light Brown, dark blonde, honey highlights and even a few lighter highlights....what I got is dark hair w/blonde baby lights....tiny but caramel.
