Maybe user errorI loved the color. I love everything measured out and packaged beautifully. It has been a while since I dyed my own hair and I feel like the roots turned out lighter than expected along with a couple random highlights that stayed blond when I was going for overall dark mahogany. I still love the color blend though and will order again but I also ordered right before Thanksgiving and it took a long time to get the product. Not worth itFollowed all the instructions, watched all the videos and the result was MUCH darker hair (brunette not dark blonde), not enough product, ineffective grey hair coverage, no response from esalon after sending feedback and pics.
