Not "Custom Made"I wasn't happy at all with my recent hair color that i received. It was not the shade that I ordered and now I have red hair. I had originally ordered the light brown hair color which is also close to my natural hair color. I received the blonde color which defeated the purpose of why I was dying my hair since I was wanting to get rid of the blonde or at least cover it up. I don't understand the reasoning behind changing my chosen shade when it wasn't several shades away from where I was currently. I now have red hair which I really don't think would have been the end result if I had just received what I ordered in the first place. It also seemed like I had specified that i had gray in my hair which I have none and i specified that I did not have any as well. The hair color choice has no reasoning behind it and I definitely don't feel that it was anything close to "custom made" for me even though I answered all the questions correctly and truthfully. Wanted to love itUsed it for the first time and I’m not impressed. It blended ok with my old color, but the color lacked depth and didn’t cover my grays particularly well. I have been using Madison Reed and was hoping to like eSalon because of the additional color choices. Directions & Kit & Color & Convenience beats Sally’s BeautyBefore the pandemic I had my hair colored at a salon but I’m not a stranger to box dyes and purchasing individual products at Sallys to color my hair. This kit is next best alternative to going to get your hair colored at a salon. A specialist mixed the color I wanted and it’s darn close to what I was hoping for. AmazingI began using e-salon during the pandemic with the expectation that it would be a temporary solution until it became more safe to return to the salon. The first application was ok, but I emailed the stylist with pictures and requested changes. She nailed it!!! Every application I have had since has been absolutely perfect. I have received a bazillion compliments on social media (Im still not going very many places), and from the friends and family I have seen. Tolle, natürliche FarbeDie Haarfarbe nutze ich jetzt seit einigen Monaten und bin super zufrieden. Die Farbe lässt sich toll verteilen, es kleckert nichts und das Ergebnis ist superschön und natürlich. Im Gegensatz zu meinen Haarfarben aus der Drogerie verblasst diese Farbe nicht so schnell und ich muss nicht ganz so oft nachfärben. Very happy with the product!I couldn't be more pleased with eSalon so far. The product is great, communication is excellent, and even the customer service has been so impressive. My stylist has created a great color for me. I colored my hair at salons for years and I've also used plenty of box dye as well. This is the best of both worlds and I really can't complain.
