Great colorGreat color except the grey roots were copper and the rest mahogany red. Add more red to the root color so roots are not orange and the rest red and will be good. Love the mohagany reds. Couleur et service client parfaitJe n'ai jamais été déçu de la couleur, mes cheveux ne sont pas abimés. De plus, une de mes commandes a été perdue par colissimo et le service client de e-salon a été bien plus que réactif avec un très beau geste commercial. BNo Shampoo andConditioner, ClassicAlways the same, do not ever use any other shampoo or conditioner. However the dispenser lid came broken, and I have lost about 1/2 bottle of shampoo. It runs out, and makes a mess on floor of shower and is slippery. I, instead use the classic shampoo single use that comes in the custom color set. if you could just replace the dispenser rocker top, it would sure be helpful. As with many others, after I dye my hair and shampoo it, it comes out shiney silky and golden.
