AwfulThe last 2 color kits have turned my roots reddish not darkest brown. I am really unsatisfied with the degradation of this product after using eSalon for many, many years. Amazing!So beyond pleased with my first purchase. My stylist reached out prior to making my order with a concern that my original choice was too dark given what my current shade was.
