So Impressed!I was nervous to try this, but I'm so glad I did. I was looking for a vibrant, but natural auburn red. I haven't had too much luck. I would find colors that were high lift and the color was too bright and unnatural, or colors that were too dark and one dimensional. This custom color is beyond perfect. The roots blend seamlessly into the midlength and the midlength blends seamlessly into the ends. The color is rich and vibrant without looking unnatural like most red box dyes. Roots different colour to endsI went darker to get a more even look. I have been copper for years and wanted a more brunette tone but still with red undertones. Felt like a semi-permanent dyeI’m on the phone to customer services trying to order a new hair dye as my greys came through about 2 weeks ago. I’m going to an important work meeting and wanted my hair to look nice and have tried calling customer services at 2.55pm. However after 5 minutes being on hold the call dropped and said the offices were closed. This is not good customer service, as I’ve specifically left work early to call someone to discuss this matter urgently!!
