Perfect color!This was my first time using eSalon and definitely will NOT be the last. The color mixed easily and covered every single grey hair; drugstore hair color that I previously used was not strong enough and left me with silvery roots. My hair feels in better condition and it not as dry or frizzy as before. Best of all: there is NO burning or itching of my scalp which is what happened when I used to have my hair colored at my local salon! Beautiful colorI was at the hair salon and the stylist had just finished blowing out the cut she did. Another stylist came in an complimented her on the color. Product and Process Exceeded ExpectationsUnlike other competitive services, Esalon provided me with one on one color consultation based on pictures I sent in, and by requesting more detail about what my preferred color outcome would be. Since this is the first time I have used their products, I completely understood that we may need to tweak a little here or there for next time. The only thing I would change, is a little more support for grays at the temples and hairline around the forehead. And finally, the packaging, detailed, customized instructions and tools you need to apply your color are unlike anything I've seen, outside of going to the salon.
