Exactly what I wanted!For background - my hair is naturally soft black and was heavily dyed/highlighted blonde/honey tones. In the process of going back to natural, I dyed my hair (not box formula) to a dark brown. After 8 weeks, it of coursed became brassy, so I wanted to try eSalon. All in all, this kit is amazing. I loved the entire experience from beginning to end. I enjoyed taking the assessment. Its thoroughness gave me a sense of comfort that I would get the results I wanted. I received my order fairly quickly in the mail, even during the madness of covid. The personalization of the packaging is really cute, the instructions were perfect, the formula didn't have a strong smell, and I ultimately I love the color. If I could give any feedback - I don't love the shampoo and conditioner. My hair was still stiff after washing, so I used my own sulfate free sh + c. I also found that my tub stained pretty quickly from washing so I recommend scrubbing it off ASAP (but I guess this is the case with all color products). Also a second pair of gloves would be helpful for the last part of the process, but that's me being nitpicky. I am interested to see how the color washes and lasts over the next few weeks to determine if I'd order again.
