I love the way it is personalized just for me. Not the results I wanted but I will continue working with my stylist to get where I want to be color wise. Easy to apply, but does have a strong chemical smell.

Color came out great & covered my gray. Only problem I had was I thought I’d get gloves to help color my hair but there weren’t any in box.

Bottles

Hi...I enjoy using this product but each time I mix it I think that I wish the cream bottle opening could easily accommodate the color bottle. The the 2 bottles being of similar but different size, you cant insert the color bottle into the cream bottle to assist in getting all of the color formula. That would be a nice convenience.

The quality of the product is good, but I am not satisfied with the color I chose or I am not as I thought it would be, so the website is limited and does not allow you to select another color.

This color was supposed to last for for 4 weeks. However,after only two weeks, the grays reappeared. Not sure what contributed to that.
