I only wish that they would provide a color brush/applicator with each color kit. It came with my first one, but I didn't know I was supposed to keep it and I threw it away with all the emply containers. Why could you not include a new applicator in each kit?

Love the product, color match is great. I wish they had a smaller bottle as I only use half the amount and toss the rest.

The color has to much red in it. I think a medium ash blonde and a dark ash blonde mixed would be a better color for me.

I was apprehensive after receiving the box after seeing the colors on paper... after application the color was great! Loved it, maybe would like a bit more red in it next time. I did notice however the color faded fairly quickly

My First Time Custom Color Set

The color did not completely cover the gray and wasn't quite the color I wanted but this is a work in progress. I am a 1st time user so I will have to wait and see when adjustments are made by my colorist how my hair turns out before I can give it better rating.

Gray still there

So this did make my hair soft. However my hair did go a little on the orange side in sun light. Grays where still there. Think I will try more of an ash color blonde next time to get rid of the red/orange tone. Hopefully they can do something to help gray coverage better. Would love to keep using them instead of having to go to salon. Hopefully next time will be better.
