I love my hair!I did not think I would ever see this color again! I have a strange shade of hair that you cannot find in a bottle, I was wrong, you matched my shade exactly! My hair is so soft I have not had in years, I only gave you 4 out of 5 stars because I wanted to see how it lasts. Great productThis was a great experience, I loved this product and found the step by step instructions very easy to navigate through. Converted for life!!I began noticing grey hair when I was 21 and began coloring my hair with over the counter box color. Two years ago, I began cycling through various salons where I regularly left with disappointing results. My favorite Natch Beaut Podcaster, Jackie Johnson kept talking about how much she loved eSalon so I thought I would give it a go. I could tell the company takes great pride in customizing your experience based on coloring history, hair color/type/texture, and desired results. I was nervous because in the past, my hair has always pulled red and I have had “hot roots” on more than one occasion. I included this information on my profile and hoped it would be considered when my formulation was created. When I received the package, all of the pieces were laid out in an organized manner with clear directions for each step. The first thing that surprised me was the quality of all the pieces sent. The cape was made of a thick material that would protect my clothing without making me feel like I was in a sauna. I assumed the clips would do little for my insanely thick hair but I was grossly mistaken! They are so strong and grip so well, I have actually used them to clip off the sections when curling my hair. I was also pleasantly surprised by the smell of the coloring solution and skin protectant (no harsh chemical smell). My color turned out a beautiful shade of dark brown with no red undertones and I was finally free from the dreaded “hot root” dilemma. I feel so relieved that I finally have a long term solution to coloring my hair at home on my own schedule at an affordable price. If you are on the fence about coloring your own hair with eSalon, please give it a shot. Their customer service is top notch and I promise you will end up with a color you love and shiny hair that feels nourished!
