I was unhappy and they Fixed it Right awayI had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product. Also, lesson for me to be a little more specific and/or call to discuss rather than just writing online! Very goodBy far the most naturalist hair colour ever . To think the amount of money I have spent of store and hairdressers . I ordered to much warm tone but it was sorted out for my next delivery. HAIR FEELS AND SMELLS NICEMy 1st application my hair felt super soft, healthy and smelled very nicely. Loved it!I was sketchy at first trying it but once I did it, it was exactly what I wanted and been looking for! Every time in the past when I tried to get this look, my hair turned darker and darker. This actually got me closer to my natural hair colour plus it lightend it up a bit to my liking!
