Perfect color!I wanted to go just a little lighter this time and the colorists at eSalon did not disappoint! I followed the directions carefully (love how clearly they are explained) and took my time. The results are fabulous! I have multidimensional color that looks very natural and covers my gray. Happy HappyAfter contacting esalon over my first hair colour they kindly sent me a new refigured colour free of charge!! Well impressed! I LOVED the new colour it was lots better I would still regig a little with the first one you apply to roots just so it was more Auburn/plum but it really was a much better result. True Salon Quality Results!I've been coloring my hair for over 25 years and have been to many salons and professionals. I've tried drug store hair color a few times using a few different brands and can honestly say this product is on par with Salon products. Not only does using this product save a substantial amount of money but more importantly to me it saves me time! I'm very happy with the color and the customer service is also great!
