Great idea for personalised colour.It is a lovely idea as you can get hair colour adjusted for you and delivered to your door. Nice and easy way to use. However the colour is not holding on my hair for long and it washes away. Also shampoo added contains SLS. None at all the color you actually told me I will get.When I did my color profile I actually I sent pictures, my current color, my expectation, I think yo do not even see it, the color I got is not even close the color you told me I will get, "I hate it" I was thinking give you another chance but after see my hair at the mirrow everywhere I just want to cancel my suscription, simply I hate this color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Find a boxdye colourI paid for a custom shade that, once done and dyed, was much darker than what I'd selected, looked like a popular brand I could've bought for less than half the cost but didn't because I wanted a lighter, coppery gold shade, not a dark tangerine ginger, But even on trying to own it and be happy with the wrong shade for a while, it started fading on the second wash and looked terrible anyway. Liked color match but grey isn’t coveredProduct came quickly and with easy directions. Like the color match…I sent a picture and I think that was helpful.
