Good but not great.

Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. After following the steps provided word for word the top of my head (roots) is blonde while the lengths of my hair is copper blonde (which was the goal color)

The color is good (though I would like it a tiny bit lighter if possible). The only complaint I have is that it hasn’t covered my greys.

With naturally curly hair it’s often very hard to get a shiny rich natural look - not anymore love this product 😊

colour change

I wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. I love the slightly darker colour and the grey coverage was better. It lasted longer than the colour from my last salon trip. This is a great idea.

Very nice color coverage. Easy to use. I'm glad I can work with my mixologist to fine tune the color. I only wish it didn't come with so much packaging. Seems like a waste.

Too dark

The color was a little too dark, I left it processing for half the time it said to as my hair is very porous. It turned out a little darker than my roots.
